After creating your account, go to Settings → Space and tap Invite Partner. You'll get a 6-character code to share. Your partner enters this code when signing up to join your shared space.
Invite codes expire after 7 days. Generate a new one from Settings → Space → Invite Partner. Make sure your partner is signing up (not logging in) with the code.
Currently, MemiGuard supports one shared space per account. Each space is private between exactly two people.
Tap Forgot Password on the login screen. We'll send a reset link to your email. The link expires in 1 hour.

Yes. Everything is synced to the cloud in real time when you're online. Even when offline, your data is stored locally and syncs automatically when you reconnect.

Every account gets generous free storage with smart photo compression. You can store thousands of photos without worrying about space. Check your usage in Settings → Storage.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can export and archive older memories, or enable more aggressive compression in settings.
All data is encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 encryption. Your memories are encrypted on your device before being uploaded, and we never have the ability to decrypt them. Infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare's global network.
Never. We don't sell, share, or monetize your data in any way. We don't run ads or use third-party analytics. Our only revenue is from optional premium purchases.
Yes! Enable 2FA in Settings → Security. We support authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.) and will soon support hardware keys.
